Disappointed that the engineer who came could only do the first part of my request the repair the electric fan oven, so nothing was done with the problem I reported about the two gas rings not igniting.

Came out to look at our failing fridge on the same day (manufacturers would have left us hanging for 5 days). Diagnosed problem for a fair price. Contacted us and advised beyond economical repair, which means instead of making £400-odd, they make nothing when we buy a new fridge. They have still given us the option to have the work done, but advised it wouldn't be covered by their repair guarantee. Other local companies wouldn't even come and look at temperature issues with fridge.
